Delivery Responsibilities:
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate as we cannot redirect packages once shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
PayPal Refunds: For payments made through PayPal, refunds may take up to 14 days to process. In some regions, PayPal requires up to 30 days to complete refunds due to local regulations.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges if the item is defective or if we made an error in fulfilling your order. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.

Customer Materials

By submitting any materials or content, you grant Hong Kong Heyi Limited a non-exclusive license to use these solely for processing your order. Materials are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
We are not responsible for any damage that results from misuse or failure to follow instructions.

Product/Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be free from material defects for 90 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal use, improper handling, or alterations made after delivery.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms.

Dispute Resolution Process:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days. If unresolved, either party may initiate binding arbitration in Hong Kong under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre rules.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Hong Kong Heyi Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
