14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery — no reason required.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition with all tags and original packaging.
  • Sets (e.g., Co-Ords) must be returned complete.
  • Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact and not removed.
  • Tailored alterations (e.g., suit hemming/adjustments) are not reversible and may affect eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items (Reasons)

  • Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase.
  • Used, worn, washed, stained, or damaged items (including deodorant, makeup, or fragrance marks).
  • Items missing tags, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Underwear or swimwear with hygiene seals removed or broken.
  • Customized/altered garments (e.g., tailored suits) unless faulty.
  • Gift cards and promotional giveaways.
  • Suspected counterfeit returns or items not purchased from us.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend a trackable service; lost parcels remain the sender’s responsibility until received.

How to Start a Return (Refund Process)

  1. Request RMA: Contact customer support within 14 days of delivery with your order number, item(s), and reason (optional).
  2. Pack securely: Include all tags/accessories and place items in original or equivalent packaging. Write the RMA on the parcel.
  3. Ship back: Use your preferred trackable carrier and share the tracking number.
  4. Inspection: We inspect returns within 3–5 business days after receipt.
  5. Refund issued: Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.

Refund Timelines

  • Processing: 3–5 business days after we receive and verify your return.
  • Time to appear: Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds usually appear within at least 14 days after processing.
  • PayPal: PayPal refunds generally appear within at least 14 days; in some regions local law permits up to 30 days.

Note: If your card/account is closed or expired, your bank or PayPal will route funds per their policies.
