Payment Processing
Secure Payment Handling

Payment Processing (PayPal ACDC Compliance)
Card and wallet transactions are handled by PayPal, our secure payment gateway. Your payment details are entered on encrypted forms hosted or served by PayPal and processed according to the PayPal Privacy Statement. By paying with your card or PayPal account you acknowledge that your data will be processed by PayPal in accordance with that statement.
We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. For recurring customers, we store only a tokenized reference to your payment method to facilitate future transactions.
Custom Fitting Data
Our proprietary fitting technology requires special privacy considerations:
- Photos submitted for photogrammetric analysis are automatically deleted after 30 days
- Measurement profiles are stored securely for your convenience in reordering
- You can request permanent deletion of your measurement profile at any time
- We use aggregated, anonymized measurement data to improve our algorithms
Your body measurement data is never shared with third parties except as necessary to manufacture your custom garments.
